Estimating Quantities
One portion size equals:
Entrée: 1/4 to 1/2 lb. cooked
Potatoes: 1/2 lb.
Vegetables: 1/4 to 1/3 lb.
Stuffing: 1/3 to 1/2 lb.
Gravies and Sauces: 4 to 6 oz.
Vegan substitutions by request.
